I got my birthday package from Bean this week. I got a huge ostrich egg with a giraffe carved on it, tons of great pictures, and lots of Chocolate from South Africa, my favorite of which would be the tempo bar, it was delicious!
My room smells like the inside of my old soccer bag (not a good thing). Guess I should have left my soccer shoes outside after practice today. -Sorry Mags
P.s. Did anyone else notice that today is Sept. 11th?

When I first read this post I thought you said that your ROOMMATE smelled like the inside of your old soccer bag. I was pretty upset. Then I read it again and realized that I'm awesome. I think the stink is tolerable. It'll get fixed sometime.
I did notice it was September 11, but the thing is I'm not sure what we're supposed to do about it. I mean for memorial day at least you know you're supposed to take time to remember what people before us have done to get us to where we are today. Veteran's Day we're supposed to remember the fallen veterans. So what do we do for this day?
First off it's not African-esque, because it is African. Second it's not a bracelet, it's to hold the egg. Way too big to be a bracelet.
